Client: Internal use / HR management clients

The problem
Manual time tracking (spreadsheets, paper, disconnected legacy systems) creates rework, work-hour calculation errors, and labor-law risk. The operation needed a system that could reliably record electronic time entries, automatically calculate work hours, and give management real-time visibility.
What we built
- A web-based time-tracking system, with clock-in/clock-out recording and automatic work-hour calculation.
- A dedicated API for integration with existing HR processes.
- Infrastructure provisioned and maintained by NOG — deployment, backups, and monitoring included, not just the code.
After delivery
The system is in continuous operation. That includes support, fixes, and evolution as needs change — the same model described in our Method section: diagnosis, architecture, development, and operation, with no split between “who built it” and “who maintains it.”
Stack
Node.js, TypeScript, and Linux infrastructure, following the same architecture pattern (edge, API, services, data, observability) we apply to every project — see the diagram in the Architecture section.
