Client: CH Master Data
CH Master Data — Client & Supplier Panel
The problem
Before the system, every type of information — bank branches, CNPJ parent records, authorized requesters, payment terms, blocklists, client networks — lived in a separate Excel spreadsheet, with no centralization between them. For any lookup, analysts had to open the right spreadsheet, manually locate the data, and cross-reference information across different files, all through the browser. It was a decentralized process, heavy on the computer, and exhausting for the team — every simple search turned into manual work repeated dozens of times a day.
The solution
The system was built specifically to end that fragmentation: centralizing all of this data in a single database (SQL Server) and a single query panel, so any analyst can find what they need in seconds instead of navigating between multiple spreadsheets.
What we built
- A centralized query portal, with dedicated modules for each data type: CNPJ/parent company, bank branches, authorized requesters, payment terms, blocklists, and large client networks.
- Session-based authentication with two access levels (admin and regular use), so each profile sees exactly what it needs.
- A generic CRUD admin module over the database tables, including bulk CSV import — removing the need for any administrator to write SQL by hand.
- An internal notice board, for quick communication between the Client and Supplier teams.
- A full audit trail: every login, search, creation, edit, and deletion is logged and searchable by date, user, and action type — aligned with corporate traceability requirements.
- Self-service password recovery, with a verification code sent by corporate email.
Stack
Node.js and Express on the backend, connected to SQL Server; a lean frontend with no dependency on heavy frameworks; hosted on a Windows environment with IIS — the same Windows infrastructure stack we master for clients already operating in that ecosystem.
Why it matters
A single hub that replaces manual lookups with a panel backed by access control and end-to-end auditing — the kind of system that keeps the internal operation running every day without ever drawing attention to itself.
